A: After the two devices are successfully connected and paired with the headset through Bluetooth, you can quickly switch to your calling device or music device through the MFB button.
Q:How to delete the pairing record?
A: In the H2 power-on state, press the MFB Button five times in a row, it will automatically shut down after a successful reset, with a voice prompt “power off” and the indicator light flashes red 3 times.
Q: Why did my headset automatically shut down?
A: If more than 5 minutes without connecting any device, or the battery voltage is lower than 3.0V, H2 will automatically shut down.
Q: Why can‘t I hear the voice when calling with the headset connected, and it’s hard for the callers to hear my voice?
A: Because the audio of some mobile phones is selected by default during a call, please confirm the Audio selection [H2] on the call interface after answering the call.
Q: What if my Bluetooth device cannot pair with the H2 or the device cannot find the H2?
A: 1. In the H2 power-on state, press the MFB Button 5 times in a row, it will automatically shut down after reset.
2. Delete the Bluetooth pairing record “H2” on the cellphone, then turn off Bluetooth.
3. Repeat the pairing procedure.
